I grew up in Lane County, in the small town of Junction City. I went on to travel the world, working as an aircraft maintenance engineer before eventually settling back down in Oregon and purchasing my first investment property in 1995. After renovating and watching the value of my first home rise, I was hooked on the endless potential of the real estate business. From my career as an aircraft maintenance engineer, I developed a gift for problem solving, extreme attention to detail, and precision in executing procedures. I found these skills to be equally relevant in my real estate work helping me find the most creative deal structures and execute solutions seamlessly with care for every little detail. I founded West Coast Property Group & The Operative Group with the simple yet incredibly important goal of showing my clients the endless possibilities in real estate. I take my role in real estate to the next level by dedicating my time to understanding the intricacies of creative financing and acquisition so that I can find deals for my clients that will exceed their wildest expectations and support them in finding a place to call home and build wealth over time. Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in Harlow, Eugene, OR.
Buying a house can be a difficult and intimidating process, but having George as a realtor made it as smooth as possible. After meeting with 5 realtors, we decided to work with George because he was honest, reliable, gave good advice but didn't try to impose his opinion on the house we should buy. He truly listens and prioritizes customer experience. He was responsive for a call or message anytime we had a doubt, problem, or asked for his opinion, and scheduled viewings on a short notice not to miss a house as it appears on the market. After few months of viewing and making offers and getting overbid, finally we got our house! George demonstrated an admirable passion representing our interest and managed to both lower the house price and got few % of credits toward the closing cost. Right after we moved in, the house had a couple of urgent issues to fix, and I was surprised that George offered help, came with his tools and helped for free. His years of experience in construction before becoming a realtor is something he leverages in house inspection and repairs. As a still pretty young professional, he is clearly devoted to provide the best service and doesn't see the end of house transaction as the end of our relationship. He builds long term relationship and trust, and I have no doubt we will recommend George to friends and family, and work with him in the future.

Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2023 in Bethel, Eugene, OR.
Mason was a fantastic seller's agent. He went above and beyond when negotiating with buyers agents and working with myself and my family during showings (as we were still living in the property). He also mediated between myself and my ex during the sale which was a huge help. Would absolutely recommend.
