With a foundation in scientific research and a passion for housing advocacy, I bring a unique, analytical approach to real estate transitions and this is what makes me the real estate transitions expert.

Originally from suburban Los Angeles, I earned my Master of Science in Biomechanics at Cal Poly Humboldt, where I honed my skills in meticulous research and analysis. Drawn to the beauty and community of the Pacific Northwest, I relocated to Monroe, Oregon, in 2015 and quickly became engaged in local initiatives, especially in supporting rural women & children.

My experience working with Habitat for Humanity in Junction City allowed me to launch a sustainable program for veterans and cost-burdened households, reinforcing my commitment to building strong, sustainable communities. Later, a return to academia led to co-authoring research in vascular physiology at the University of Oregon, but ultimately my calling for community-focused work brought me back to real estate.

In 2023, I transitioned into real estate with a mission to make property transactions smooth and impactful. My diverse background gives me an edge in understanding and facilitating complex transitions, helping clients navigate every step confidently. I take pride in specializing in real estate transitions, and it brings me immense joy to watch my clients successfully navigate this process with me.

Outside of real estate, I actively fundraise for a local housing nonprofit in Junction and I continue to develop a children’s program in Eugene. My daughter attends an elementary school in Eugene and you can find us exploring the rivers and trails of the McKenzie, Mohawk and Willamette Valleys on the weekends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in Harlow, Eugene, OR.
Buying a house can be a difficult and intimidating process, but having George as a realtor made it as smooth as possible. After meeting with 5 realtors, we decided to work with George because he was honest, reliable, gave good advice but didn't try to impose his opinion on the house we should buy. He truly listens and prioritizes customer experience. He was responsive for a call or message anytime we had a doubt, problem, or asked for his opinion, and scheduled viewings on a short notice not to miss a house as it appears on the market. After few months of viewing and making offers and getting overbid, finally we got our house! George demonstrated an admirable passion representing our interest and managed to both lower the house price and got few % of credits toward the closing cost. Right after we moved in, the house had a couple of urgent issues to fix, and I was surprised that George offered help, came with his tools and helped for free. His years of experience in construction before becoming a realtor is something he leverages in house inspection and repairs. As a still pretty young professional, he is clearly devoted to provide the best service and doesn't see the end of house transaction as the end of our relationship. He builds long term relationship and trust, and I have no doubt we will recommend George to friends and family, and work with him in the future.

Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2023 in Bethel, Eugene, OR.
Mason was a fantastic seller's agent. He went above and beyond when negotiating with buyers agents and working with myself and my family during showings (as we were still living in the property). He also mediated between myself and my ex during the sale which was a huge help. Would absolutely recommend.
